Plasma is a component of your blood that contains special proteins that help your blood to clot. Injecting PRP into damaged tissues will stimulate your body to grow new, healthy cells and promote healing. PRP has a number of scientifically based articles showing its efficacy increasing hair count, thickness, and the growth phase of the hair cycle.
It’s a three- step medical treatment in which a person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then injected into the areas of the scalp which need increased hair growth.
Typically, patients will do a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
